摘 要:试验对黄色、橙色和紫色3种根色的胡萝卜在不同发育阶段的发育动态及色素含量差异进行比较分析,为不同根色胡萝卜高产栽培提供理论依据。结果表明,黄色和橙色胡萝卜在播种60 d内为叶片生长盛期,播种后90 d为肉质根快速膨大期,紫色胡萝卜在播种45 d后叶片和肉质根增长速率均匀;相同时期紫色胡萝卜叶绿素a、叶绿素b和叶绿素总含量最高,橙色胡萝卜叶绿素a与叶绿素b的比值最小。不同根色胡萝卜种植过程中可根据重点发育时期进行合理水肥管理,橙色胡萝卜可充分利用不饱和散射弱光,适合设施低温弱光时期种植。This experiment compared and analyzed the developmental dynamics and pigment content of carrots with yellow,orange and purple root colors at different development stages,to provide a theoretical basis for the high-yield cultivation of carrots with different root colors.The results showed that the leaves of yellow and orange carrots were in full growth stage within 60 d of sowing,and 90 d after sowing was the period of rapid swelling of fleshy roots.The growth rate of leaves and fleshy roots of purple carrots was even after 45 d of sowing.In the same period,the content of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll of purple carrot were the highest,and the ratio of chlorophyll a to chlorophyll b in orange carrots was the smallest.The result show that in the process of planting carrots with different root colors,reasonable water and fertilizer management can be carried out according to the key development period.Orange carrots can make full use of the unsaturated scattered weak light and are suitable for planting in the low temperature and low light period of the facility.
