摘 要:以2年生阳光毛白杨和毛白杨(对照)枝条为材料,在人工低温条件下分别测定丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸的含量,探究阳光毛白杨适应低温的能力。结果表明,随着温度的降低,2个品种MDA和渗透调节物质的含量都相应增加,品种间、温度间的差异极显著。阳光毛白杨的MDA含量在温度降低初期低于对照;温度继续下降,其含量升高幅度小于毛白杨。从渗透物质的积累上看,阳光毛白杨脯氨酸积累敏感性随着温度的降低而提高,脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白含量均比毛白杨高,表明阳光毛白杨比毛白杨具有更高的抵抗低温能力。Taking 2 year old branches of Populus tomentosa‘SUNNY’and Populus tomentosa(control)as the research samples,the content of MDA,soluble sugar,soluble protein and proline were measured during artificial low temperature,to explore the adaptability of Populus tomentosa‘SUNNY’to low temperature.The results showed that with the decrease of temperature,the contents of MDA and osmoregulation substance of the two varieties increased correspondingly,there were significant differences between temperature and varieties.The MDA content of Populus tomentosa‘SUNNY’was lower than that of the control in the early stage of temperature decrease,and the increasing range of MDA content was less than that of Populus tomentosa when the temperature continued to decline.The sensitivity of proline accumulation of Populus tomentosa‘SUNNY’increased with the decrease of temperature.The content of proline,soluble sugar and soluble protein of Populus tomentosa‘SUNNY’were higher than those of Populus tomentosa,indicating that Populus tomentosa‘SUNNY’had higher resistance to low temperature than Populus tomentosa‘SUNNY’.
