摘　　要：马华公会作为马来西亚最大的华裔政党,在马来西亚独立过程中反抗殖民地政府不合理的华人政策,争取华人权益方面发挥了积极的作用。但随着马来西亚“一党独大”威权政治格局的形成,马华公会争取华人利益“协商合作”的立场令华人社会不满,其在国阵中的政治地位日益边缘化。进入“两线制”时期,马华公会仍未进行有效政策改革,与巫统进行必要的利益切割,导致华人选民基础严重削弱和大选败选。As the largest Chinese political party in Malaysia,the Malaysian Chinese Association has played an active role in fighting against the unjust policy of the colonial government towards local Chinese and struggling for the rights and interests of Chinese in the process of Malaysia’s independence.However,with the formation of the authoritarian political pattern of“one party dominating”in Malaysia,the attitude and position of the Malaysian Chinese Association in“consultation and cooperation”for the interests of Chinese make the Chinese community dissatisfied,and its political status in the National Front is increasingly marginalized.In the period of“two line system”,the Malaysian Chinese Association has not yet carried out effective policy reform and made necessary interest cutting with UMNO,which led to the serious weakening of the Chinese voter base and the defeat of the general election.
