隔药饼灸对慢支大鼠肺组织病理学及血清和肺组织白介素-4、白介素-8的影响

摘　　要：目的观察隔药饼灸对慢支大鼠肺组织病理学及白介素-4(IL-4)、白介素-8(IL-8)的影响。方法将实验大鼠随机分成空白组、模型组、隔药饼灸组、核酪口服液组。制作慢支大鼠模型(空白组除外)。比较观察各组大鼠生存状态、肺切片、血清及肺组织IL-4、IL-8水平。结果与空白组比较,模型组肺内分布大量炎症细胞,IL-4水平均明显下降,IL-8水平均明显上升(P<0.01);与模型组比较,治疗组肺内分布少量炎症细胞,IL-4水平均上升,IL-8水平均下降(P<0.01);且隔药饼灸组变化更明显(P<0.01)。结论隔药饼灸可能通过减轻肺组织炎症,促进IL-4分泌,抑制IL-8分泌,达到治疗慢性支气管炎的目的。Objective To observe the effect of herbal-cake separated moxibustion on lung tissue pathology and IL-4 and IL-8 in serum and lung tissue of rats with chronic bronchitis.Methods The experimental rats were randomly divided into blank group,model group,herbal-cake separated moxibustion group and nuclear casein liquid group and CB rat model was made.To observe the rats survival state,lung tissue pathology and IL-4,IL-8 levels in serum and lung tissue.Results Compared with the blank group,a large number of inflammatory cells were distributed in the lungs of the model group,the levels of IL-4 decreased while the levels of IL-8 increased evidently(P<0.01);Compared with the model group,a small amount of inflammatory cells were distributed in the lungs of the treatment group,the content of IL-4 increased and the content of IL-8 decreased(P<0.01);and the change of herbal-cake separated moxibustion group was more obvious(P<0.01).Conclusion Herbal-cake separated moxibustion may achieve the purpose of treating chronic bronchitis by reducing inflammation of lung tissue,promoting the secretion of IL-4 and inhibiting the secretion of IL-8.
