摘 要:灰铸铁和球墨铸铁由于其综合性能优良,被广泛应用于工业各个领域。铸铁零件在极端的工作环境下由于承受着严重的磨损和腐蚀,易造成零部件严重的损坏和过早失效报废。通过激光熔覆技术在基材表面形成与其呈冶金结合的熔覆层,可以用于修复表面缺陷,还可以用于实现基材表面改性,提高金属表面的耐磨、耐蚀、耐热、抗氧化等性能。对铸铁材料激光熔覆修复表面强化技术的国内外研究进展进行综述,总结了铸铁激光熔覆技术的应用、组织和缺陷控制、熔覆材料及工艺等方面的研究现状及主要成果,为开展铸铁激光熔覆技术相关研究工作提供参考。Gray cast iron and ductile cast iron are widely used in various fields of the industry due to their excellent comprehensive performance.Cast iron parts are always subject to severe wear and corrosion in extreme service conditions,and severe damage and premature scrapping of components are caused.The laser cladding technology is used to form a cladding layer on the surface of the substrate which is metallurgically bonded to the substrate,it is not only used for repairing the defects,but also can achieve modification and strengthening of the cast iron surface,so that the wear resistance,corrosion resistance,heat resistance and oxidation resistance of the surface can be improved.The research progress of laser cladding surface strengthening technology of cast iron in China and abroad was reviewed.The research status and main achievements on application of laser cladding of cast iron,microstructure and defect control,laser cladding materials and process research were summarized,and it provides a reference for the research of cast iron laser cladding technology.
