摘 要:采用ER4043和ER5356两种焊丝为填充材料,以MIG焊的方式对4 mm厚的10%Si Cp/6061Al复合材料进行焊接,获得两种成型良好的接头,然后分别利用拉伸试验、硬度试验、金相微观组织观察、XRD物相分析、接头断口形貌扫描电镜观察等方法分析填充材料对焊接接头组织与性能的影响。试验表明:ER4043接头的抗拉强度高于ER5356接头,平均值为136.23 MPa,是母材强度的37.84%;ER4043和ER5356两种接头在焊缝中心两侧的硬度呈对称分布,最低值都在焊缝处,分别为33.4 HV和71.6 HV;两种接头的焊缝中有脆性相Al4C3生成,ER5356接头焊缝中较多,呈细针状,ER4043接头焊缝中较少,呈短棒状。ER4043焊丝中一定量的Si含量对焊缝的成型有一定的促进作用,可以抑制Al4C3的生成。两种接头都为韧性断裂。Using ER4043 and ER5356 two wires as filling materials,4mm thick 10%Si Cp/6061Al composites were welded by MIG welding,and two well-formed joints were obtained,then the tensile test,hardness test,metallographic microstructure observation,XRD phase analysis and fracture morphology SEM observation of joints were carried out to analyze the influence of filling material on the microstructure and property of welded joint.The test results show that the tensile strength of ER4043 joint is higher than that of ER5356 joint,the average value is 136.23 MPa,and it is 37.84%of the strength of the base material.The hardness of ER4043 and ER5356 two joints is symmetrically distributed on both sides of the weld center,and the lowest values are in the weld seam,namely 33.4 HV and 71.6 HV respectively.In the weld seam of the two joints,the brittle phase Al4C3is generated,the Al4C3in ER5356 welded joint is more,presenting fine needle shape,and the Al4C3in ER4043 welded joint is less and short rod shape.A certain amount of Si content in ER4043 welding wire can promote the forming of weld seam and inhibit the formation of Al4C3.Both joints are ductile fracture.
