锻造工艺对机械轴承用铝合金性能的影响

摘  要:采用不同的始锻温度、终锻温度和锻造变形量进行了机械轴承用铝合金Al-10Si-3Cu-0.5In-0.4Ce成形,并进行了室温和高温耐磨损性能的测试与分析。结果表明:随始锻温度、终锻温度和锻造变形量的增加,合金的室温和高温磨损体积先减小后增大,室温和高温耐磨损性能均先提高后下降。合金的锻造工艺参数优选为:450℃始锻温度、360℃终锻温度、30%变形量。The Al-10 Si-3 Cu-0.5 In-0.4 Ce Al alloy for mechanical bearing was formed by using different initial forging temperature,final forging temperature and forging deformation,and the wear resistance at room and high temperature was tested and analyzed.The results show that with the increase of initial forging temperature,final forging temperature and forging deformation,the wear volume at room temperature and high temperature decreases first and then increases,and the wear resistance at room temperature and high temperature increases first and then decreases.The forging process parameters of the alloy are optimized as follows:initial forging temperature of 450℃,final forging temperature of 360℃and deformation of 30%.
