摘　　要：目的研究人类血小板抗原HPA-29在德阳血小板捐献人群中的分布特征。方法采用聚合酶链式反应-测序分型(PCR-SBT)技术对205名德阳血小板捐献者的ITGB3基因第1外显子进行测序分型,并在百万中国人基因组数据库中查询。结果 205名无亲缘关系的德阳血小板捐献者中HPA-29bw抗原的频率为0.00;测序与数据库查询均未在ITGB3基因第1外显子中发现错义突变。结论血小板捐献者中HPA-29位点及ITGB3第1外显子多态性单一,常规血小板抗原检测可不考虑此区域。Objective To investigate the allele distribution of HPA-29 bw in platelets donors in Deyang,Sichuan.Methods The first exon of ITGB3 gene from 205 platelet donors in Deyang were sequenced by polymerase chain reaction-sequence based typing(PCR-SBT)and searched in the Chinese Millionome Database(CMDB).Results The allele frequency of HPA-29 bw was 0.00 in these 205 unrelated donors from Deyang;No missense mutation was found in the first exon of ITGB3 gene by sequencing or in CMDB.Conclusion Given the lack of polymorphism of first exon of ITGB3 gene,the routine platelet antigen testing could not be considered in this area.
