摘　　要：献血相关血管迷走神经反应(donation related vasovagal reaction,DRVR)是最为常见的献血不良反应,可能给献血者带来负面的献血体验甚至伤害,而且也对献血者保留和血液供应保障产生负面影响。为此,国家卫生行政主管部门组织制定和发布了卫生行业标准《献血相关血管迷走神经反应预防和处置指南》(WS/T 595-2018),提出了DRVR预防和处置的推荐意见。本文就《指南》的研制背景、起草原则和过程以及推荐意见的证据和理由,做一报告和说明,藉以帮助血站同仁贯彻实施该指南。Donation related vasovagal reaction(DRVR)is the most common adverse reaction to blood donation,which had a negative impact on donor safety and return.The national guidelines on the interventions of DRVR have been released recently by the national health authority.We describe here the background and processing of creating the guidelines,as well as the evidences and principles of the recommendations,in order to facilitate the physicians who are expected to adopt and implement of the guidelines.
