弹性成像结合抗Ro/SSA抗体、抗La/SSB抗体诊断原发性干燥综合征的Logistic回归分析

摘　　要：目的应用Logistic回归方程评价弹性成像结合抗Ro/SSA抗体、抗La/SSB抗体在原发性干燥综合征(PSS)诊断中的价值。方法对83例患者双侧腮腺及颌下腺行常规超声检查及弹性成像检查,同时检测患者抗Ro/SSA抗体、抗La/SSB抗体,并纳入唇腺活检病理结果。建立以超声检查特征、抗体及病理结果为变量的Logistic回归模型。结果运用前进法二分类Logistic回归分析,筛选出在PSS诊断中有统计学意义的特征变量。包括抗Ro/SSA抗体、抗La/SSB抗体及弹性应变率(SR比值)。所建立的回归模型对PSS预报的正确率为93.2%。结论弹性成像结合抗Ro/SSA抗体、抗La/SSB抗体在PSS的诊断中有较高价值,所建立的Logistic回归模型具有较高的诊断准确度。Objective To evaluate the ultrasonic elastography(UE)and Anti-SSA/SSB in diagnosis of Primary Sjogren’s Syndrome(PSS)by a binary Logistic regression mode.Methods 83 cases were examined by routine ultrasound and UE,the Anti-SSA/SSB were also included.A Logistic model was obtained on the basis of ultrasound features and the Anti-SSA/SSB.Results Two features including the Anti-SSA/SSB and the elastic strain rate(SR ratio)were finally entered into the Logistic model and the percentage of correct prediction was 93.2%.Conclusion The combination of the Anti-SSA/SSB and elastography reflect high value in the diagnosis of Primary Sjogren’s Syndrome.The logistic regression model establishes with high diagnostic accuracy.
