摘　　要：目的探讨腔内超声造影对复杂性肛瘘的诊断价值。方法选取31例复杂性肛瘘患者行腔内超声及瘘管超声造影检查,评价腔内超声与腔内超声造影对瘘管和内口数目、位置,瘘管分类的诊断吻合度及二者的差异。结果腔内超声与腔内超声造影对复杂性肛瘘主管、支管及内口的数目位置、主管和支管的分类诊断呈中、高度吻合。腔内超声造影对复杂性肛瘘支管的数目、位置、分类诊断优于腔内超声。结论腔内超声造影技术对常规超声难以发现的潜在瘘管的诊断具有较大优势。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of combined endoluminal ultrasonography and trans-fistula contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)for complex anal fistula.Methods Thirty-one patients with complex anal fistula underwent endoluminal ultrasonography and trans-fistula CEUS.The the diagnostic coincidence of numbers and locations of fistulas and internal openings and fistula classification,and the differences of the two examinations were evaluated.Results Endoluminal ultrasound and endoluminal ultrasound combined with trans-fistula CEUS were moderately or highly consistent in the number and location of fistulas(main and branch)and internal openings,also in the classified diagnosis of main and branch fistulas.Endoluminal ultrasound combined with trans-fistula CEUS was superior to endoluminal ultrasound in the number,location and the classified diagnosis of branch fistulas.Conclusion Endoluminal ultrasound combined with trans-fistula CEUS has great advantages in the diagnosis of potential fistula difficult to find with conventional ultrasound.
