摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预在老年冠状动脉心脏病患者冠状动脉CTA检查中的应用价值。方法选取2018年1月~2019年12月于我院行冠状动脉CTA检查的老年患者1473例,分析综合护理干预措施对冠状动脉CTA检查成功率、图像质量以及患者满意度调查等指标,明确综合护理的应用价值。结果实验组患者冠状动脉CTA检查成功率(93.2%)、图像质量(90.4%)及满意度(57.1%)均显著高于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可提高老年冠心病患者冠状动脉CTA检查的成功率,改善患者就医体验,值得临床应用推广。Objective To explore the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in coronary artery CTA examination in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods In this study,a retrospective experimental design was used to collect 1473 elderly patients who underwent coronary artery CTA examination in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019.The indicators of comprehensive nursing intervention on the success rate of coronary artery CTA examination,image quality and patient satisfaction were analyzed to clarify the application value of comprehensive nursing.Results The success rate(93.2%),image quality(90.4%)and satisfaction of coronary artery CTA(57.1%)in the comprehensive nursing group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the success rate of coronary CTA examination in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and improve their medical experience,which is worthy of clinical application.
