摘 要:以NaCl作为造孔剂,采用粉末冶金法成功制备多孔钛。研究了烧结温度和NaCl添加量对多孔钛的孔隙率、物相结构、孔隙微观形貌及力学性能的影响。结果表明,制备出的多孔钛由α-Ti组成且无残留的NaCl存在;随NaCl添加量的增加,样品的孔隙率显著提高。随着烧结温度的升高,孔隙率变化规律不明显,而钛晶粒则逐渐变大。多孔钛的压缩屈服强度随NaCl添加量的增加而明显降低,而随烧结温度的升高先增加后降低。Porous titanium was successfully prepared by powder metallurgy with sodium chloride(NaCl) as spacerholder. The effects of sintering temperature and additive amount of NaCl on the porosity, phase structure, pore microstructure and mechanical properties of porous titanium were investigated. The results show that the prepared porous titanium consists ofα-Ti and no residual NaCl exists. The porosity of the sample increases significantly with the addition of NaCl. With the increase of sintering temperature, the variation of porosity is not obvious, while the size of titanium grain gradually increases.The compressive yield strength of porous titanium decreases with the increase of NaCl addition, but it first increases and then decreases with the increase of sintering temperature.
