摘  要:对J55钢级油管进行了自蔓延高温处理,制备了自蔓延高温内衬陶瓷管。采用光学显微镜、拉力试验机、硬度计和外压挤毁设备等对其试验检测。结果发现,经自蔓延处理后的J55钢级油管晶粒度由9级变为11级,屈服强度升高了12%,抗外压挤毁失效压力升高了35%。Th e self-propagating high temperature treatment of J55 steel grade tubing was carried out. The self-propagating high-temperature lined ceramic tubes were prepared. It was tested by optical microscope, tensile testing machine, hardness meter and external crushing equipment. The results show that the grain size of J55 steel tubing changes from grade 9 to grade11. The yield strength is increased by 12%, and the anti-extruding performance is increased by 35%.
