摘 要:采用不同混粉法制备石墨/Al2O3/Al复合材料,比较了常规干混法和常规湿混法对该复合材料增强体颗粒分布均匀性的影响。结果表明:混粉方式和混粉时间影响增强体颗粒团聚程度。添加表面活性剂的常规干混法制备的混合粉的最佳时间为6 h,添加表面活性剂后的常规湿混法制备的混合粉均匀性随着混粉时间的延长而提高,且团聚程度降低。常规湿混法制备的混合粉比常规干混法制备的混合粉均匀性更高,颗粒团聚程度更低。Graphite/Al2O3/Al composites were prepared by different mixing methods, and the effects of conventional dry mixing method and wet mixing method on the particle distribution uniformity of composite reinforcements were compared.The results show that mixing method and mixing time affect the degree of particle agglomeration. An optimum time of 6 h is obtained by conventional dry mixing with surfactant. The uniformity of mixed powder prepared by conventional wet mixing method after adding surfactant increases with the increase of mixing time and the degree of agglomeration decreases. The mixing powder prepared by conventional wet mixing method has higher uniformity and lower agglomeration degree than that prepared by conventional dry mixing method.
