摘  要:采用双匝感应器对长柄三柱槽壳进行扫描感应淬火。从工艺方法、原材料、锻件组织、工件尺寸、电源输出精度和机械精度对长柄三柱槽壳有效硬化层深度波动的影响进行了分析。结果表明:下部定位顶尖松动,使感应器底面与工件端面的间隙δ变化,是有效硬化层深度波动的主要影响因素;工件高度散差对有效硬化层深度波动影响在0.2mm,不是主要影响因素;保证设备下部顶尖定位精度、定期检测伺服轴的重复定位精度是防止有效硬化层深度波动的预防措施;端面外圆颜色与有效硬化层深度具有对应关系,进行100%外观观察、增加过程金相检测频次可以及时发现有效硬化层深度波动,避免批量质量事故。Three-column shell with long handle was hardened by scanning induction heat treatment with double turn inductor. The causes of fluctuation of hardened layer depth of long tulip were investigated from process method, raw material,forging microstructure,part size, precision of power supply and mechanical precision. The results show that, loosening of the lower locating center which changes the gap δ between bottom surface of the inductor and end surface of the workpiece is the main cause of fluctuation of hardened layer depth. The influence of workpiece height dispersion on the fluctuation of the effective hardened layer depth is only 0.2 mm, so it is not the main reason. The measures to prevent fluctuation of the effective hardened layer depth are to ensure the positioning accuracy of the lower center of the machine and to regularly detect the repetitive positioning accuracy of servo axis, the color of the part’s outer circle has a corresponding relationship with hardened layer depth, 100% appearance inspection and increasing the frequency of metallographic inspection are effective ways to find the hardened layer depth fluctuation in time and avoid batch quality accidents.
