中药涂擦配合石蜡疗法治疗轻中度风寒湿痹型膝关节炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药涂擦配合蜡疗治疗风寒湿痹型膝关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年7月~2019年9月在我院接受诊治的80例风寒湿痹型膝关节炎患者,随机分为对照组和干预组各40例。对照组采用常规针刺治疗,干预组在对照组的基础上采用中药涂擦配合蜡疗,7天为1个疗程,4个疗程后比较两组患者的临床显效率、模拟视觉量表评分、关节炎影响评定量表评分和Lysholm膝关节评分。结果:干预组的显效率、模拟视觉量表评分、关节炎影响评定量表评分和Lysholm膝关节评分均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药涂擦配合蜡疗治疗风寒湿痹型膝关节炎疗效显著,可明显改善患者疼痛状况,且操作较为简便,值得进一步推广应用。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine inunction and kerotherapy on wind-colddamp retention type knee osteoarthritis.Methods:80 patients with wind-cold-damp retention type knee osteoarthritis who received treatment in our hospital from July 2017 to September 2019 were randomly divided into controlled group and intervention group with 40 patients each.The controlled group was treated with conventional acupuncture and moxibustion,while the intervention group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine and wax on the basis of the controlled group.7 days was one course of treatment.After 4 courses of treatment,the significant efficiency of the patients in the two groups was compared,as well as the scores of analog visual scale,arthritis impact rating scale and Lysholm knee joint score.Results:Significant efficiency,visual scale score,arthritis impact rating scale score and Lysholm knee score of the intervention group were all better than those of the controlled group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine inunction and kerotherapy on wind-cold-damp retention type knee arthritis is remarkable,which can obviously improve the patients'pain condition and the operation is relatively simple,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
