断续接骨方对肱骨骨折疼痛、愈合及炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察断续接骨方对肱骨骨折疼痛、愈合及炎性因子的影响。方法:选取我院100例肱骨骨折患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组采用传统西医治疗方法复位后,夹板固定或肩肱石膏固定,观察组患者在对照组基础上予以断续接骨方口服治疗。系统比较两组患者疼痛程度、愈合时间及炎性因子指标。结果:①观察组疼痛消失时间、肿胀消失时间、骨折愈合时间均显著少于对照组(P<0.05);②治疗4周及8周后,两组患者VAS评分均显著优于治疗前(P<0.05),组间比较,观察组患者VAS评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);③观察组总有效率94%显著高于对照组78%(P<0.05);④治疗后,两组患者hs-CRP、IL-5、IL-10及TNF-α均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),且观察组hs-CRP、IL-5、IL-10及TNF-α显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:断续接骨方治疗肱骨骨折能够有效调控炎性因子表达,减轻骨折后患肢肿胀及疼痛,促进局部消肿及骨折愈合,缩短愈合时间,提高临床疗效,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the effect of Duanxu Jiegu Recipe on pain,healing and inflammatory factors for humeral fracture.Methods:From June 2017 to June 2019,100 patients with humeral fracture in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and controlleed group with 50 cases in each group.The controlled group was treated with traditional western medicine,splint fixation or shoulder and humeral plaster fixation,and the observation group was treated with intermittent bone grafting on the basis of the controlled group.The pain degree,healing time and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results:①The time of pain disappearance,swelling disappearance and fracture healing in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).②After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly better than those before treatment(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the controlled group(P<0.05).③The total effective rate was 94%in the observation group and 78%in the controlled group.The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).④After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,IL-5,IL-10 and TNF-αin the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the levels of hs-CRP,IL-5,IL-10 and TNF-αin the observation group were significantly higher than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Duanxu Jiegu Recipe can effectively regulate the expression of inflammatory factors,reduce the swelling and pain of the affected limb after fracture,promote the local swelling and fracture healing,shorten the healing time and improve the clinical effect,which is worth popularizing.
