摘　　要：失眠作为一种临床常见病症,在当今社会发展迅速、生活压力日益增大的背景下,越来越多的人深受其困扰。在针对失眠的治疗中,中医药具有疗效确切、毒副反应较小的优势,并获得广泛认可。目前我国新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情已基本得到控制,但部分出院患者出现核酸检测复阳的情况。针对这种情况,祖国医学认为其属于伏邪范畴,现存相关中医研究文献较少。睡眠正常是人体阴阳平衡的表现。对新冠肺炎患者的后期康复而言,充足正常的睡眠具有御邪于体外、调和阴阳、快速恢复元气的作用。在此种背景下,针对失眠的治疗研究具有突出意义。Insomnia,as a common clinical disorder,is plagued by more and more people under the background of rapid social development and increasing life pressure.In the treatment of insomnia,TCM has the advantages of definite efficacy and less toxic side effects,and has been widely recognized.At present,the outbreak of new type coronavirus pneumonia in China has been basically controlled,but some discharged patients have the situation of positive nucleic acid detection.In view of this situation,motherland medicine believes that it belongs to the category of Fu-Qi,and there are few relevant literatures on traditional Chinese medicine.Normal sleep is the expression of Yin-Yang balance in human body.For the late rehabilitation of patients with new coronary pneumonia,adequate and normal sleep can resist pathogens in vitro,harmonize Yin and Yang,and quickly restore vital energy.In this context,research on the treatment of insomnia has prominent significance.
