摘  要:设计了一款用于5G毫米波波段通信的柔性天线,其具有结构紧凑、质量轻、机械性能好、可共形的特点。该天线以柔性材料聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)为基底、以金属铜作为接地板和辐射贴片的材料,利用有限元电磁仿真软件ANSYS HFSS对天线进行了仿真和优化,设计了倒梯形辐射贴片和对称结构的矩形金属地。为了简化工艺步骤、降低工艺成本,采用了共面波导(CPW)进行馈电,并基于微电子机械系统(MEMS)工艺进行基板改性处理和磁控溅射。仿真结果表明,在26 GHz时回波损耗为-50.58 dB,电压驻波比低于2,有良好的阻抗匹配特性和稳定的远场辐射模式。在弯曲和未弯曲条件下进行了测试,测试的频点为25.7 GHz,回波损耗为-39 dB。测试结果与仿真结果基本一致,说明该柔性天线有良好的共形能力,且工作频点和性能都符合要求,这使其适用于现代柔性电子系统集成。A flexible antenna for 5 G millimeter-wave band communication was designed.The antenna is of compact structure,light weight,good mechanical performance and conformal characteristics.The antenna was based on the flexible material polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)substrate,and copper was used as the material for the ground floor and radiation patch.The antenna was simulated and optimized by using the finite element electromagnetic simulation software ANSYS HFSS,and the inverted trapezoidal radiation patch and rectangular metal ground with the symmetric structure were designed.In order to simplify the process steps and reduce the process cost,coplanar waveguide(CPW)was used to feed,and the substrate modification and magnetron sputtering were carried out based on the micro-electromechanical system(MEMS)process.The simulation results show that the return loss at 26 GHz is-50.58 dB,the voltage standing wave ratio is lower than2,and the antenna has good impedance matching characteristics and stable far-field radiation mode.The test was carried out under bending and unbending conditions.The tested frequency point is 25.7 GHz and the return loss is-39 dB.The test results are basically consistent with the simulation results,indicating that the flexible antenna has good conformal capability.Besides,the operating frequency point and performance meet the requirements,which make it suitable for the integration of modern flexible electronic systems.
