摘  要:着重研究了荧光粉沉淀、添加抗沉淀粉、胶水黏度以及离心工艺对封装灯珠光色性能的影响,设计出一种提高发光二极管(LED)光源光色一致性的可行性工艺方案。通过静置实验分析荧光粉预沉淀对光色性能的影响,发现其变化规律,然后利用更换高黏度胶水、加入抗沉淀粉和离心工艺等方法对光色一致性进行优化。结果表明:使用高黏度的胶水以及加入抗沉淀粉都可有效降低荧光粉沉淀的速率,提高产品光色一致性。添加抗沉淀粉可以使样品的光通量提升4%左右,显色指数降低2%左右。对样品进行离心处理后,灯珠内的粉胶密度更加稳定,荧光粉沉降现象减少,因此光色一致性显著提高。The influences of the phosphor precipitation,added the anti-precipitation powder,glue viscosity and centrifugal process on the color performance of the packaged lamp beads were emphasizely investigated.A feasible process scheme was designed to improve the light color consistency of the light emitting diode(LED)light sources.The effect of the phosphor pre-precipitation on the light color performance was analyzed by the standing experiment,and the change rule was found.Then,the consistency of the color performance was optimized by changing the high viscosity glue,adding the anti-precipitation powder and using the centrifugal process.The results show that high viscosity glue and anti-precipitation powder can effectively reduce the rate of the phosphor precipitation and improve the consistency of the light color of the product.By adding the anti-precipitation powder,the luminous flux of the sample increases about 4%and the color rendering index decreases about 2%.After the centrifugation,the density of the powder glue in the lamp beads was more stable and the phosphor precipitation was reduced.Therefore,the consistency of the light color was significantly improved.
