“枫桥经验”的逻辑起点及在高校治安管理中的实践追求

摘　　要：2018年是毛泽东同志指示学习"枫桥经验" 55周年,是习近平总书记指导发展"枫桥经验" 15周年。在这55年期间,"枫桥经验"一直在各级领导的关怀下不断推广、创新、发展。进入21世纪,它在社会治安综合治理方面有着重大指导意义。在社会发展的各个阶段,它都做出了巨大贡献,并被运用在社会的众多领域,在促进社会主义法治国家建设方面起到了不可忽视的作用。经过各个方面的实践得知,探索"枫桥经验"在高校治安管理中的应用是我们建设世界一流大学的必经之路。因此,通过整理"枫桥经验"的发展历史,对当下高校的治安管理工作面临的问题进行剖析;提出引入"枫桥经验"建立"校园社区警务";积极尝试"大调解机制";推行"三色预警"的维稳策略等方法以推动我国高校治安管理工作的进一步提高。2018 is the 55 th anniversary of Comrade Mao Zedong’s instruction to learn the"Maple Bridge Experience"and the 15 th anniversary of Xi Jinping guiding the development it.During these 55 years, it has been continuously promoted, innovated and developed. In the 21 st century, it has great guiding significance in the comprehensive management of social security. In all stages of social development, it has made great contributions, and has been used in many areas and has played an important role in promoting the construction of a socialist country under the rule of law. Exploring the application of "Maple Bridge Experience"in the public security management of universities is the only way to build a world-class university. Therefore, through sorting out the development history of "Maple Bridge Experience", analyze the problems faced by the public security management of colleges;propose to introduce "Maple Bridge Experience"to establish "campus community policing";actively try the "big mediation mechanism";The stability maintenance strategy of "three-color early warning"is to promote the further improvement of college public security management.
