摘  要:在均质土坝坝坡稳定计算中,控制上游坡坡比的往往是水位降落期工况。如何拟定上游水位的降速及降幅,使土坝运行更加安全经济,是困扰很多设计人员的难题。通过拟定水位降落期工况,分析不同水位降落工况对坝坡稳定计算的影响,对影响因素逐一进行分析,以便合理确定水位降落前后浸润线,设定水位降落工况时的降幅、降速及放空可能性。并参照已成工程设计经验,对选取计算指标提出建议,归纳出陕西省已建及在建五个工程的抗剪强度指标,可供同类工程设计类比参考。In the calculation of the slope stability of a homogeneous earth dam, the control of the upstream slope ratio is often the working condition during the water level fall period.It is a difficult problem for many designers to determine the speed and decrease of upstream water level to make earth dam operation more safe and economical.The influence of different water level falling conditions on the stability calculation of dam slope is analyzed through the formulation of water level falling conditions,and the influencing factors are analyzed one by one,so as to reasonably determine the wetting line before and after the water level falling, and to set the drop rate,drop speed and the possibility of discharging at the water level falling conditions.Based on the experience of engineering design,some Suggestions are put forward to select the calculation indexes,and the shear strength indexes of five existing and under construction projects in Shaanxi province are summarized,which can be used as a reference for similar engineering design.
