畲药“十二时辰”醇提液皮肤用药的毒性实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察畲药“十二时辰”醇提液皮肤用药的毒性作用,以初步评价其皮肤用药的安全性。方法采用新西兰家兔进行皮肤用药急性毒性实验及皮肤刺激性实验,用健康豚鼠进行皮肤过敏性实验。结果畲药“十二时辰”醇提液用于家兔皮肤未见急性毒性反应,无刺激性;用于豚鼠皮肤未见过敏反应。结论畲药“十二时辰”醇提液是较安全的皮肤外用药。Objective The toxicity of ethanolic extracts from Clematis Florida Thunb.var.Plena DE.Don Ointment by skin administration was observed to preliminary evaluate the safety of its skin administration.Methods New Zealand rabbits were used to test acute toxicity skin irritation test by skin administration,and healthy guinea pigs were used to test skin hypersensitivity.Results No acute toxic reaction and irritation was observed on the skin of rabbits,and no allergic reactions was observed on the skin of guinea pigs.Conclusion The ethanolic extracts from Clematis Florida Thunb.var.Plena DE.Don Ointment is safe for external use on skin.
