突发性耳聋的影响因素及中医体质特征分析

摘　　要：目的探讨突发性耳聋的影响因素及中医体质特征。方法随机选取2017年5月~2019年5月本院118例突发性耳聋患者作为研究组;选取同期118例健康体检者作为对照组。观察两组一般资料,分析突发性耳聋影响因素;根据《中医体质分类与判定》对研究组中医体质进行判定,分析结果。结果研究组中,气郁质占比较高,其次为血瘀质;对照组中,湿热质占比最高,其次为气虚质、平和质、阳虚质。研究组平和质、气虚质、湿热质占比低于对照组,气郁质、血瘀质占比高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组中,偏颇质占94.92%,高于平和质的5.08%;低频下降型中医体质多见血瘀质,其次为气郁质、气虚质;高频下降型中医体质多见气郁质,其次为血瘀质、湿热质;平坦下降型中医体质多见气郁质、血瘀质;全聋型中医体质多见血瘀质、气郁质;研究组情绪不稳定、睡眠质量差、糖尿病、高脂血症占比高于对照组(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析显示,糖尿病、高脂血症、情绪不稳定及睡眠质量差为突发性耳聋发生独立危险因素(P<0.05);Binary Logistic回归分析显示,气郁质、血瘀质为突发性耳聋危险体质,平和质为保护体质(P<0.05)。结论突发性耳聋影响因素包括糖尿病、高血脂,中医体质多见偏颇质,且气郁质、血瘀质为危险体质,平和质为保护体质。Objective To investigate the impacting factors of sudden deafness and features of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constitution.Methods Patients with sudden deafness admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were randomly selected as the study group(n=118).And healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group(n=118).The general data of the two groups were observed and the impacting factors of sudden deafness were analyzed.According to Classification and Determination of TCM Constitution,TCM constitutions in the study group were determined and the results were analyzed.Results In the study group,Qi stagnation constitution accounted for a higher proportion,followed by blood stasis constitution.In the control group,dampness and heat constitution accounted for the highest proportion,followed by Qi deficiency constitution,balanced constitution and Yang deficiency constitution.The proportion of balanced constitution,Qi deficiency constitution,dampness and heat constitution in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while the proportion of Qi stagnation constitution and blood stasis constitution were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the study group,the biased constitution accounted for 94.92%,which was higher than 5.08%of the balanced constitution.The TCM constitution with low frequency decline was mostly blood stasis constitution,followed by Qi stagnation constitution and Qi deficiency constitution.The TCM constitution with high frequency decline was mostly Qi stagnation constitution,followed by blood stasis constitution and dampness and heat constitution.The TCM constitution with flat frequency decline was mostly Qi stagnation constitution and blood stasis constitution.The TCM constitution with total deafness was mostly blood stasis constitution and Qi stagnation constitution.The proportions of emotional instability,poor sleep quality,diabetes and hyperlipidemia in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic r
