摘 要:目前,干眼病是眼表常见的疾病之一。其不同程度地影响着人们的生活与视觉质量,尤其是在如此发达的信息时代,干眼病日渐得到人们的重视。其发病机制仍为现代各眼科医家探讨,尚未得出明确的结论。TFOS DEWSⅡ定义了干眼病的概念,并指出干眼病与眼表炎症密切相关,其中白细胞介素在介导炎症方面发挥着重要作用。越来越多的专家致力于探索白细胞介素在干眼病中所扮演的角色及其中的机制。故本文就白细胞介素在干眼病中的影响作一综述,以期为认识干眼病的病理机制提供一定思路。Nowadays,dry eye is one of the common diseases of ocular surface.It affects human's life and visual quality to varying degrees,especially in such a developed information age,human pays more and more attention to dry eyes.Its pathogenesis is still being discussed by modern ophthalmologists,and no definite conclusion has been drawn yet.TFOS DEWS II defines the concept of dry eye and points out that dry eye is closely related to ocular surface inflammation,and interleukin plays an important role in mediating inflammation.More and more experts are devoted to exploring the role of interleukin in dry eyes and its mechanism.Therefore,this article reviews the efficacy of interleukin on dry eye,so as to provide some ideas for understanding the pathological mechanism of dry eye.
