产程早期体位护理配合分娩辅助设施对初产妇产程的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨产程早期体位护理配合分娩辅助设施对初产妇产程影响。方法选取2019年1~12月妇产科收入2815例孕妇,其中剖宫产1503例,顺产1312例。根据研究实际情况以符合标准的200例顺产初产妇作为研究对象,并将其随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各100例。其中对照组采用常规分娩护理,而观察组进行产程早期体位护理,并配合使用分娩辅助设施。观察与比较分析两组初产妇分娩第一产程、第二产程分娩时间、产程中的疼痛程度与满意度情况。结果研究分析发现观察组第一产程及第二产程时间明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇第一产程及第二产程中产程疼痛程度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而观察组产妇护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对初产妇进行产程早期体位护理配合分娩辅助设施,可有效缩短初产妇第一产程、第二产程的耗时,大大减少初产妇分娩的痛苦,提高了正常分娩率,产妇护理干预满意度较高,值得在临床上进行推广与应用。Objective To explore the influence of early posture nursing combined with childbirth auxiliary facilities during the labor of primiparas.Methods A total of 2815 pregnant women hospitalized in Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of our hospital from January to December 2019 were collected,including 1503 cases of cesarean delivery and 1312 cases of natural labor.Based on the actual situation of the study,two hundred eligible primiparas of natural labor were selected as the research subjects and they were equally randomized into control group(n=100)and observation group(n=100).Of which,routine delivery nursing care was adopted in control group,while early posture nursing combined with childbirth auxiliary facilities were adopted during the labor in observation group.The first and second stages of labor time,pain degree during the labor and the satisfaction degree were observed,compared and analyzed between the two groups of primiparas.Results Through analysis,it was found in this study that the first and second stages of labor time in observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain degree of primiparas during the first and second stages of labor in observation group was lower than that in the control group,and there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Whereas the delivery satisfaction degree of primiparas in observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistical significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early posture nursing combined with childbirth auxiliary facilities during the labor of primiparas can shorten the time of the first and second labor stages effectively,greatly reduce the pain degree of delivery,and improve the normal delivery rate with higher interference satisfaction degree in maternity nursing,so it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
