摘 要:目的研究代谢综合征患者尿碘水平与其代谢组分的相关性。方法收集2019年1~12月于我院门诊及病房就诊的代谢综合征患者782例,进行尿碘及相关代谢组分测定,按照尿碘数值不同分为四组,全部数据输入Excel表,应用SPSS20.0统计学软件进行分析,比较各组间的代谢指标的差异。结果随着尿碘增加,低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)逐渐升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),随着尿碘增加,三酰甘油(TG)升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),随着尿碘增加,胆固醇(TC)逐渐升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三酰甘油(r=0.110)、LDL-C(r=0.263)与尿碘呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论(1)包头地区代谢综合征患者平均尿碘水平在理想水平范围内;(2)过量摄入碘会导致患者血脂代谢紊乱,随着尿碘升高,TC、LDL-C及TG均呈现升高趋势,过量摄入碘可能增加动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病风险;(3)为了评估潜在心血管疾病风险,可能需要监测人群碘摄入量。Objective To study the correlation between urinary iodine level and its metabolic components in patients with metabolic syndrome.Methods A total of 782 patients with metabolic syndrome in outpatient and ward of our hospital in 2019 were collected and measured for urinary iodine and related metabolic components.According to the different values of urinary iodine,they were divided into four groups to compare the differences of metabolic indicators among each group.All the data were input into excel and analyzed by SPSS20.0.Results Low density lipoprotein(LDL-C)increased gradually with the increase of urinary iodine(P<0.01).With the increase of urinary iodine,triglyceride increased,with statistical significance(P<0.05),cholesterol(TC)increased gradually,with statistical significance(P<0.05).TG(r=0.110)and LDL-C(r=0.263)were positively correlated with urinary iodine(P<0.05).Conclusions(1)The average urinary iodine level with metabolic syndrome in Baotou area is within the ideal level;(2)Excessive iodine intake can lead to disorders of lipid metabolism in patients.With the increase of urinary iodine,TG,LDL-C and triglyceride all increased.Excessive iodine intake may increase the risk of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease;(3)In order to assess the potential risk of cardiovascular disease,it may be necessary to monitor iodine intake in the population.
