摘　　要：目的探讨临床药师在子宫内膜癌伴骨转移患者药学服务中的作用。方法临床药师参与1例重症子宫内膜癌伴骨转移患者治疗方案用药的处方审核,对患者化疗治疗进行疗效监护,根据患者病情提供个体化给药方案建议。结果患者病情稳定,预防并及时处理相关并发症和化疗及辅助药物的不良反应。结论临床药师通过对个体化治疗方案用药的分析,为医护和患者提供药学服务,促进了临床用药的安全性、有效性和合理性。Objective To investigate the effect of clinical pharmacists'pharmaceutical services for patients with endometrial carcinoma accompanied with bone metastasis.Methods Clinical pharmacists participated in the prescription review of treatment plan for a patient with severe endometrial carcinoma accomplished with bone metastasis,monitored the curative efficacy of chemotherapy,and provided individualized medication suggestions according to the patient's condition.Results The patient's condition is stable,and the related complications and adverse reactions of chemotherapy and auxiliary drugs were prevented and treated in time.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists provide pharmaceutical services for medical staff and patients through the analysis of individualized treatment plan,which promote the safety,efficacy and rationality of clinical medication.
