摘　　要：残障患者在临床环境中较为普遍,但同时合并盲聋哑的患者实属罕见。通过对2019年山西医科大学第二医院1例盲聋哑老年患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,探讨对于这类患者的特殊麻醉管理方式。在本例报告中,患者先天聋哑,未学过手语,因老年性白内障致双目失明入院,完全丧失沟通能力,无法配合各项诊疗活动,拟择期在全麻下行白内障摘除+人工晶体植入术。通过完善术前准备,制订合理的麻醉方案,选择特殊的非语言沟通方式进行交流配合,获得良好的效果。Patients with disabilities are common in clinical Settings,but patients with blindness,deafness and deafness at the same time are rare.Based on a retrospective analysis of the clinical data of a blind,deaf-mute elderly patient in the Second Hospital of Shanxi Medical University in 2019,the special anesthesia management mode for such patients was investigated.In this case report,the patient who was born deaf and dumb and never learned sign language and completely lost communication ability,was admitted to hospital due to blindness caused by senile cataract,and was unable to cooperate with various diagnosis and treatment activities.Cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation were planned to be performed under general anesthesia at an appropriate time.Through improving preoperative preparation,formulating reasonable anesthesia plan and choosing special non-verbal communication methods for communication and cooperation,good results have been achieved.
