摘  要:针对油基钻井液中重晶石和钻屑表面具有亲水性而导致重晶石沉降、钻屑黏附钻杆、糊振动筛等问题,展开了润湿剂的室内研究。选择了4种非离子型表面活性剂,通过复配的方法研制出了一种润湿剂LRS-1。该润湿剂的接触角为9.47°,表面张力为11.792mN/m。评价了LRS-1对重晶石和岩屑的影响。结果表明,重晶石在质量分数为10%润湿剂LRS-1白油溶液中的沉降体积小;岩屑经润湿剂LRS-1浸泡24h后在清水中的滚动回收率高,岩屑颗粒较完整且变硬;润湿剂LRS-1对密度为2.3g/cm3的白油基钻井液的流变性、滤失量和破乳电压影响很小,沉降因子小于0.52,钻井液沉降稳定性好。该润湿剂在四川自贡自201H7-6井成功应用。在井浆中加入质量分数1%的润湿剂LRS-1,对钻井液黏度和破乳电压影响很小,起下钻和固井前顶替钻井液时重晶石无沉降,钻杆上无黏附物,振动筛上钻屑较完整,无糊振动筛现象。In view of the problems of barite settlement,drill cuttings sticking to drill pipe,and the pasting of the vibrating screen due to the surface hydrophilicity of barite and drill cuttings in oil-based drilling fluids,the laboratory research on wetting agent was carried out.Four kinds of non-ionic surfactants were selected and a wetting agent LRS-1 was developed by means of compounding.The wetting agent has a contact angle of 9.47°and a surface tension of 11.792mN/m.The effect of LRS-1 on barite and cuttings was evaluated.The experimental results show that the sedimentation volume of barite in the white oil solution containing wetting agent LRS-1 with a mass fraction of 10%is small;after being soaked in LRS-1 for 24h,the rolling recovery of cuttings in clear water is high,and the cuttings particles are relatively intact and hardened.LRS-1 has little effect on the rheological property,filter loss and emulsion-breaking voltage of white oil-based drilling fluid with a density of 2.3g/cm 3.The settlement factor is less than 0.52,and the settlement stability of the drilling fluid is good.The wetting agent has been successfully applied in well 201H7-6 in Zigong,Sichuan.Adding the wetting agent LRS-1 with a mass fraction of 1%to the well mud has little effect on the viscosity of the drilling fluid and the emulsion-breaking voltage.The barite does not settle when the drilling fluid is replaced before drilling and cementing.There is no adhesive on the drill pipe.The drill cuttings on the vibrating screen are relatively complete,and there is no pasting of the vibrating screen.
