摘　　要：对西江30-2油田油井地层水、垢样和岩样等进行采样分析研究,针对堵塞的主要原因,筛选出适合西江30-2油田的酸化解堵剂配方:8%盐酸+4%甲酸+3%乙酸+2%柠檬酸+2%氟化氢铵+5%复配型螯合剂253+3%甲醇+8%黏土稳定剂PF-JLX-B,并对其溶蚀率、二次沉淀率、酸液与地层水配伍性等进行了试验评价。结果表明,螯合酸中的螯合剂对西江30-2油田敏感性现象起到了很好的抑制作用;螯合酸螯合剂可以吸附溶液中大量结垢阳离子,具有抑制二次沉淀的作用;螯合酸与各层位地层水配伍性良好。该研究成果为西江30-2油田油藏的解堵提供了技术支撑。Based on the analysis of formation water,scale samples and rock samples of oil wells in Xijiang 30-2 Oilfield,in view of the main causes of blockage,the formula of acidizing plugging removal agent suitable for Xijiang 30-2 Oilfield was selected:8%hydrochloric acid+4%formic acid+3%acetic acid+2%citric acid+2%ammonium hydrogen fluoride+5%compound chelating agent 253+3%methanol+8%clay stabilizer PF-JLX-B.The dissolution rate,secondary precipitation rate and compatibility of acid solution with formation water were evaluated.The results show that the chelating agent in chelating acid has a good inhibition effect on the sensitivity of Xijiang 30-2 Oilfield;the chelating agent of chelating acid can absorb a large number of scaling cations in the solution,which can inhibit the secondary precipitation;the chelating acid has a good compatibility with formation water in each layer.The research results have provided technical support for plugging removal of reservoirs in Xijiang 30-2 Oilfield.
