摘 要:针对鄂尔多斯盆地储层改造中淡水需求量大、压裂液重复使用困难、产生大量废水和入井液对储层产生伤害的问题,室内从稠化剂开发入手,利用小分子和线性交联特点,研制了一套低伤害可回收小分子线性胶压裂液。压裂液具有良好的耐温抗盐剪切、黏弹性、黏土防膨和助排性能;其回收重复使用性能与初次压裂液性能基本相当,回收前后对储层岩心的伤害率分别为9.40%和11.96%,储层适应性好,满足油气田压裂改造需求。同时压裂液稠化剂与清水在不同温度条件下具有快速交联(90s)特点,无需专用设备即可实现在线直接混配施工,且满足冬季施工要求,能节省施工配液工序、减少罐内压裂液存储及残留,降低施工成本。该压裂液已现场应用了16口井56个层,施工压力与摩阻(同比胍胶压裂液体系)降低了23.5%,返排液回收利用率≥95%,在当前环保形势下该压裂液体系具有良好的应用前景。In view of the problems causing the damage to reservoirs in the reservoir reconstruction process in the Ordos Basin,such as the large demand for fresh water,the difficulty in reusing fracturing fluid,and the production of a large amount of waste water and inflow fluid,starting from the development of thickener in the laboratory,a set of low-damage and recoverable small molecule linear gel fracturing fluid was established by using the characteristics of small molecules and linear crosslinking.The fracturing fluid has good properties of temperature resistance and salt shear resistance,viscoelasticity,clay anti-swelling and drainage;Its recycling and reuse performance is basically equivalent to that of the initial fracturing fluid,and the damage rate to the reservoir core before and after recovery is 9.40%and 11.96%,respectively.The reservoir adaptability is good,which meets the needs of fracturing reform in oil and gas fields.At the same time,the fracturing fluid thickener and clear water have the characteristics of rapid crosslinking(90s)at different temperatures.No special equipment is needed to realize direct mixing construction online,and it can meet the requirements of winter construction,save the construction of fluid preparation process,reduce the storage and residue of fracturing fluid in the tank,and reduce the construction cost.The fracturing fluid has been applied to 56 layers of 16 wells in the fields,with a 23.5%reduction in the construction pressure and friction(compared with the guanidine gum fracturing fluid system),and the recovery rate of flow-back fluid≥95%.The fracturing fluid system has a good application prospect under the current environmental protection situation.
