摘 要:目的探讨某部新兵心理应激预警问卷的设计、初步编制和结果分析.方法从积极心理学角度,采用多种方法设计和编制初始问卷,连续两年对某部2015年、2016年入伍的新兵累计377人次进行"新兵问卷(测试版)"初测,对2017年入伍的新兵累计153人次进行"新兵心理应激预警问卷"正式施测,对问卷信度、效度、敏感性、匹配性、预警分层进行初步的探讨分析.结果"某部新兵心理应激预警问卷"包含15个模块(指导语、14个条目),形成58道单选题;与《中国征兵心理检测系统(2004版)》有一定的匹配度;问卷总分Cronbach'sα信度系数为0.792,14个条目的信度系数为0.676—0.906;问卷总分与14个条目得分的相关系数为0.522—0.718,总分与各因子得分均存在一定的相关性(P<0.01);该问卷对高危人群有一定的预警效果(红色预警).结论某部新兵心理应激预警问卷具有一定的实用性、针对性和科学性,有助于某部新兵心理应激的预警和干预指导.Objective To explore the design,preliminary compilation and result analysis of Psychological Stress Presentiment Questionnaire for Recruits.Methods 377 recruits in 2015 and 2016 were initially tested with recruits questionnaire(test version),and 153 recruits in 2017 were for-mally tested with psychological stress presentiment questionnaire for recruits.Following the principle of positive psychology,the initial questionnaire was designed and compiled by various methods,with the reli-ability,validity,sensitivity,matching and forecast stratification analyzed.Results There were 15 mod-ules(guidelines and 14 items)in the psychological stress presentiment questionnaire for recruits,which formed 58 single choice questions.The total score of the questionnaire Cronbach's a reliability coefficient was 0.792,and the reliability coefficient of 14 items was 0.676~0.906.The correlation coefficient be-tween the total score of the questionnaire and the scores of 14 items is 0.522~0.718.There is a certain.correlation between the total score and the scores of various factors(P<0.01),the questionnaire has a certain early warning effect(red warning)for high-risk groups.Conclusions With a certain practicability,pertinence and scientificity,Psychological Stress Presentiment Questionnaire for Recruits is helpful for forecast and intervention guidance in psychological stress to recruits.
