复方氨林巴比妥致过敏反应临床特征分析

摘　　要：目的探讨复方氨林巴比妥致过敏反应的临床特征,以指导临床合理用药.方法对2000年—2018年河南省安阳市某三级医院上报国家药品不良反应监测中心并确认的30例复方氨林巴比妥致过敏反应患者的资料进行回顾性分析,统计患者的药品不良反应症状及处理措施.结果本组30例患者,男20例(67%),女10例(33%),男性患者多于女性患者;年龄6岁—70岁,其中以18岁—30岁患者居多;药品不良反应主要表现为过敏性休克,其次为急性荨麻疹、喉头水肿及牙痛头痛.所有患者均立即停药,并给予对症处理后好转或痊愈.结论复方氨林巴比妥致过敏反应以男性患者居多,年龄以18岁—30岁为主,主要表现为过敏性休克、急性荨麻疹.Objective To investigate the elinical characteristics of allergic reactions caused by compound aminophenazoneco to guide the clinical rational use of drugs.Methods 30 cases of allergic reaction induced by antondine in Henan Anyang a third level Hospital from 2000 to 2018 reported to the National ADR Mo-nitoring Center were collected and analyzed.Analyze the patients'adverse drug reaction symptoms and treatment measures.Results Of the 30 cases of allergic reaction induced by antondine,the number of male were 20 cases(67%),which was significantly more than that of female(10 cases,33%),mostly pa-tients aged 6~70 years old,18~30 years old.Adverse drug reactions were mainly anaphylactic shock,.followed by acute urticaria,laryngeal edema.toothache and headache.All patients were discontinued im-mediately and improved or recovered after symptomatic treatment.Conclusions The allergic reactions caused by compound aminophenazoneco are mostly male patients,with the age of 18~30 years old.The main manifestations are anaphylactic shock and acute urticaria.
