经输尿管导管高位注水在输尿管中上段结石输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析经输尿管导管高位注水在输尿管中上段结石输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术中的应用。方法该次课题研究对象为随机选取于2018年1月—2019年11月来该院收治的输尿管结石患者80例,并采用随机分配法将其分为观察组和参照组,每组患者40例,采用经输尿管导管高位注水的输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗观察组患者,采用常规手术治疗参照组患者,对比观察组与参照组的最终治疗效果。结果经过治疗后,观察组患者的治疗有效率95.00%高于参照组67.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=9.928,P<0.05),观察组患者的相关临床指标、满意程度与发生并发症的概率均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论输尿管结石患者应用经输尿管导管高位注水的输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗效果更佳,特别是输尿管中上段结石患者,能够改善患者的临床指标,降低结石上移等并发症的发生概率,且安全性高、预后良好。Objective To analyze the application of high-position water injection through a ureteral catheter in ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy for stones in the upper and middle ureter.Methods The research object of this project is a random selection of 80 patients with ureteral calculi who came to the hospital from January 2018 to November 2019,and they were divided into observation group and reference group by random allocation method,each group of 40 patients,patients in the observation group were treated with ureteroscope pneumatic lithotripsy with high water injection through a ureteral catheter,and patients in the reference group were treated with conventional surgery,and the final treatment effects of the observation group and the reference group were compared.Results After treatment,the effective rate of treatment in 95.00%of the observation group was higher than that of 67.50%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=9.928,P<0.05).Related clinical indicators of the observation group The degree of satisfaction and the probability of complications were better than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with ureteral calculi are better treated with ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy with high water injection through a ureteral catheter,especially for patients with middle and upper ureteral calculi,which can improve the patient’s clinical indicators and reduce the probability of complications such as upward movement of the stone,with high safety and good prognosis,it is worthy of application and promotion.
