摘　　要：目的对瑞舒伐他汀联合阿魏酸钠治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效进行分析探讨。方法方便选取2018年1月—2019年10月在该院接受治疗的92例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为两组,对照组46例患者采用瑞舒伐他汀治疗,观察组46例患者采用瑞舒伐他汀联合阿魏酸钠治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后血清AngⅡ、CTGF、2 hPG、FBG、BUN、SCr水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率为95.65%,显著高于对照组的80.43%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.039,P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病肾病采用瑞舒伐他汀联合阿魏酸钠治疗,能够合理控制患者血糖水平,改善患者肾功能,提高治疗效果。Objective To analyze and explore the efficacy of rosuvastatin combined with sodium ferulate in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods 92 patients with diabetic nephropathy who were treated in the hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into two groups,46 patients in the control group were treated with rosuvastatin,and 46 patients in the observation group were treated with rosuvastatin and sodium ferulate.The treatment effect of statin combined with sodium ferulate was compared between the two groups.Results Serum AngⅡ,CTGF,2hPG,FBG,BUN and SCr levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.65%,which was significantly higher than 80.43%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.059,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of diabetic nephropathy with rosuvastatin combined with sodium ferulate can reasonably control the patient's blood glucose level,improve the patient's renal function,and improve the treatment effect.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
