摘　　要：目的分析足底动静脉泵预防深静脉血栓护理效果。方法方便选取该次2018年4月—2019年4月收治的64例住院患者,根据患者意愿分为观察组和对照组,每组32例,对照组行被动+主动运动,观察组在对照组基础上,借助足底动静脉泵防深静脉血栓。1周后,对比两组患者深静脉血栓发生率,另对比两组患者住院时间、下肢血流速度。结果观察组深静脉血栓发生率为0.00%(0/32),对照组深静脉血栓发生率为6.25%(2/32),两组差异有统计学意义(χ^2=10.146,P<0.05)。观察组患者住院时间为(6.6±1.3)d,下肢血流速度(22.6±3.1)cm/s,对照组患者住院时间为(9.1±1.4)d,下肢血流速度(19.4±2.8)cm/s,两组差异有统计学意义(t=4.229、10.158,P<0.05)。结论足底动静脉泵能够有效预防深静脉血栓,护理效果理想,患者满意度较高,住院时间和临床体征也可得到改善。Objective To analyze the nursing effect of plantar arteriovenous pump in preventing deep vein thrombosis.Methods 64 inpatients admitted to the hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 convenient were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the wishes of the patients,each with 32 cases.The control group performed passive+active exercise,and the observation group was in the control group on the basis,with the help of plantar arteriovenous pump to prevent deep vein thrombosis.One week later,the incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the two groups was compared,and the length of hospital stay and blood flow velocity in the lower limbs of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the observation group was 0.00%(0/32),and the incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the control group was 6.25%(2/32).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=10.146,P<0.05).The hospitalization time of patients in the observation group was(6.6±1.3)d,the blood flow velocity of lower limbs was(22.6±3.1)cm/s,and the hospitalization time of patients in the control group was(9.1±1.4)d,and the blood flow velocity of lower limbs was(19.4±2.8)cm/s,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=4.229,10.158,P<0.05).Conclusion The plantar arteriovenous pump can effectively prevent deep vein thrombosis,with ideal nursing effect,high patient satisfaction,and the length of hospitalization and clinical signs can also be improved.
