摘　　要：维生素D作为一种多功能激素,参与调节机体的基本生理功能。大量流行病学和Meta分析结果表明,维生素D缺乏与肿瘤的高发病率和不良预后相关。肿瘤并不是独立的存在,它的发生、生长及转移与肿瘤微环境密切相关,因此了解肿瘤微环境中不同成分在肿瘤侵袭和转移中的作用对肿瘤的预防和治疗至关重要。最新研究表明,维生素D可通过干预肿瘤微环境中某些成分(如细胞因子、前列腺素、NF-κB信号通路等)从而抑制肿瘤发生发展。该文将对维生素D通过干预肿瘤微环境从而抑制肿瘤发生发展的作用机制进行综述,为维生素D及其类似物作为未来候选抗肿瘤药物的研究提供参考。Vitamin D,as a multifunctional hormone,participates in regulating the basic physiological functions of the body.A large number of epidemiological and meta-analysis results show that vitamin D deficiency is related to the high incidence of tumors and poor prognosis.Tumors do not exist independently.Its occurrence,growth and metastasis are closely related to the tumor microenvironment.Therefore,understanding the role of different components in the tumor microenvironment in tumor invasion and metastasis is very important for tumor prevention and treatment.The latest research shows that vitamin D can inhibit the occurrence and development of tumors by interfering with certain components in the tumor microenvironment(such as cytokines,prostaglandins,NF-κB signaling pathways,etc.).This article will review the mechanism of vitamin D inhibiting the occurrence and development of tumors by intervening in the tumor microenvironment,and provide references for future research on vitamin D and its analogues as candidate anti-tumor drugs.
