血清IL-2、IL-10及IL-32水平与梅毒RPR滴度的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨血清IL-2、IL-10及IL-32水平与梅毒RPR滴度的相关性分析。方法方便选取2018年11月—2019年6月该院妇科门诊及男科门诊收治的首次确诊梅毒且未经治疗干预的梅毒患者110例,根据梅毒滴度水平分为高滴度组和低滴度组,各55例。同期收集来该院进行体检的健康职工志愿者60名。检测各组患者血清IL-2、IL-10及IL-32水平,比较和分析其水平与梅毒RPR滴度的相关性。结果高滴度组和低滴度组梅毒患者血清IL-2、IL-10、IL-32水平均明显高于正常对照组(t高滴度组=13.561、15.267、18.220,P<0.05;t低滴度组=7.123、8.596、9.651,P<0.05);高滴度组患者血清IL-2、IL-10、IL-32水平亦明显高于低滴度组(t=10.261、11.787、12.872,P<0.05);IL-2、IL-10、IL-32在梅毒患者和正常人群中的表达水平进行ROC曲线分析,IL-2:AUC=0.967,诊断灵敏度为92.3%,特异度为88.6%;IL-10:AUC=0.925,灵敏度为83.6%,特异度为87.2%;IL-32:AUC=0.767,灵敏度为70.5%,特异度为74.1%。结论梅毒患者具有较高的血清IL-2、IL-10及IL-32水平,尤以高滴度患者的血清水平更高,提示血清水平与滴度存在正相关性,可用于梅毒的诊断。Objective To investigate the correlation between serum IL-2,IL-10 and IL-32 levels and syphilis RPR titer.Methods Convenient selected 110 patients with syphilis who were diagnosed with syphilis for the first time and without treatment intervention,admitted to the gynecological clinic and male clinic of the hospital from November 2018 to June 2019.According to the syphilis titer level,they were divided into high titer group and low titer group,55 cases in each group.During the same period,60 healthy volunteers who came to the hospital for physical examination were collected.The serum levels of IL-2,IL-10 and IL-32 in each group were detected,and the correlation between their levels and the syphilis RPR titer was compared and analyzed.Results The levels of serum IL-2,IL-10,and IL-32 of syphilis patients in the high titer group and low titer group were significantly higher than those in the normal control group(tthigh titer group=13.561,15.267,18.220,P<0.05;ttlow titer group=7.123,8.596,9.651,P<0.05);The serum levels of IL-2,IL-10 and IL-32 in the high titer group were also significantly higher than those in the low titer group(t=10.261,11.787,12.872,P<0.05);ROC curve analysis was performed on the expression levels of IL-2,IL-10,and IL-32 in syphilis patients and normal people.IL-2:AUC=0.967,the diagnostic sensitivity was 92.3%,and the specificity was 88.6%;IL-10:AUC=0.925,the sensitivity was 83.6%,the specificity was 87.2%;IL-32:AUC=0.767,the sensitivity was 70.5%,and the specificity was 74.1%.Conclusion Patients with syphilis have higher serum levels of IL-2,IL-10 and IL-32,especially those with high titers,which indicate a positive correlation between serum levels and titers,which can be used for the diagnosis of syphilis.
