儿童眼外伤性角膜损伤或穿孔行多层羊膜覆盖治疗研究

摘　　要：目的探究多层羊膜覆盖治疗儿童眼外伤性角膜损伤或穿孔的临床疗效。方法方便选取该院2015年12月—2018年12月收治的62例(74眼)眼外伤性角膜损伤或穿孔患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组31例(37眼)行单层羊膜覆盖治疗,观察组31例(37眼)行多层羊膜覆盖治疗,对比两组角膜水肿消退时间、羊膜消退时间、视力情况以及新生血管生成情况。结果观察组角膜水肿消退、羊膜持续时间分别为(14.02±1.28)d、(31.25±5.12)d,均优于对照组(t=18.529、19.638,P<0.05);治疗后两组视力情况差异有统计学意义(Z=4.593,P<0.05);两组新生血管生成情况差异有统计学意义(Z=6.773,P<0.05)。结论多层羊膜覆盖治疗儿童眼外伤性角膜损伤或穿孔的临床疗效显著,利于改善患儿视力,促进生成血管生成。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of multi-layer amniotic membrane covering in the treatment of traumatic corneal injury or perforation in children.Methods 62 cases(74 eyes)of children with ocular traumatic corneal injury or perforation admitted to the hospital from December 2015 to December 2018 were conveniently selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group was 31 cases(37 eyes)were treated with a single-layer amniotic membrane covering treatment,and 31 cases in the observation group(37 eyes)were treated with a multi-layer amniotic membrane covering treatment.The time of corneal edema resolution,time of amniotic membrane regression,visual acuity and neovascularization were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group's corneal edema subsided and the amniotic membrane duration was(14.02±1.28)d and(31.25±5.12)d,respectively,which were better than those of the control group(t=18.529,19.638,P<0.05);there was statistically significant differences in vision between the two groups after treatment(Z=4.593,P<0.05);there was statistically significant differences in new angiogenes between the two groups(Z=6.773,P<0.05).Conclusion The multi-layer amniotic membrane covering is effective in treating children with traumatic corneal injury or perforation.It is beneficial to improve children's vision and promote angiogenesis.
