复方α酮酸片改善腹膜透析患者钙磷代谢及营养状况的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨复方α酮酸片改善腹膜透析患者钙磷代谢及营养状况的效果。方法方便选择2016年9月—2019年9月期间在该院进行腹膜透析的60例患者,按照单盲分组法分组,每组30例,参照组患者施以基础治疗,研究组患者在参照组基础上予以复方α酮酸片,分析参照组与研究组患者钙磷代谢及其营养状况。结果研究组患者SGA评分和Ca、P、iPTH、ALB、PA、Hb、CRP的指标分别为(23.72±3.99)分、(1.83±0.58)mmol/L、(1.84±0.66)mmol/L、(302.1±180.38)pg/mL、(30.20±3.01)g/L、(271.98±10.71)mg/L、(90.23±13.14)g/L、(10.98±4.79)mg/L,与参照组各项数据进行对比差异有统计学意义(t=5.711,P<0.01;t=2.830,P=0.006;t=2.135,P=0.037;t=3.263,P=0.002;t=5.631,P<0.001;t=32.196,P<0.01;t=7.181,P<0.001;t=4.298,P<0.001)。结论腹膜透析患者在基础治疗同时,应用复方α酮酸片,能够明显改善其钙磷代谢水平,调节患者营养状态,保持患者身体机能的良好运转,对患者治疗具有积极意义。Objective To investigate the effect of compound alpha keto acid tablets on improving calcium and phosphorus metabolism and nutritional status of patients on peritoneal dialysis.Methods Selected patients who underwent peritoneal dialysis in the hospital from September 2016 to September 2019.A total of 60 patients were conveniently selected and divided into groups according to the single-blind grouping method;ezch group 30 cases.Patients in the reference group were given basic treatment,the study group was given compound alpha keto acid tablets on the basis of the reference group,and the calcium and phosphorus metabolism and nutritional status of the reference group and the study group were analyzed.Results The SGA score and the indexes of Ca,P,iPTH,ALB,PA,Hb,and CRP in the study group were(23.72±3.99)points,(1.83±0.58)mmol/L,(1.84±0.66)mmol/L,(302.1±180.38)pg/mL,(30.20±3.01)g/L,(271.98±10.71)mg/L,(90.23±13.14)g/L,(10.98±4.79)mg/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.711,P<0.01;t=2.830,P=0.006;t=2.135,P=0.037;t=3.263,P=0.002;t=5.631,P<0.001;t=32.196,P<0.001;t=7.181,P<0.001;t=4.298,P<0.001).Conclusion During the basic treatment of peritoneal dialysis patients,the application of compound alpha keto acid tablets can significantly improve their calcium and phosphorus metabolism,regulate the nutritional status of the patients,and maintain the good functioning of the patients'body functions,which is of positive significance for the treatment of patients.
