控释地诺前列酮栓用于妊娠晚期引产促宫颈成熟的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的研究在妊娠晚期引产促宫颈成熟中应用控释地诺前列酮栓的效果。方法方便选择2017年1月—2019年9月共236例需引产的妊娠晚期患者为研究对象,随机数字表法分为两组,对照组应用催产素以促宫颈成熟,观察组应用控释地诺前列酮栓以促宫颈成熟,比较两组促宫颈成熟结果。结果观察组用药后6 h、12 h宫颈Bishop评分均高于对照组,观察组引产成功用时短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组引产成功率为94.07%,阴道分娩率为86.44%,对照组85.59%、76.27%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.638、4.023,P<0.05);观察组产后24 h出血量、新生儿Apgar评分、新生儿窒息发生率与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论控释地诺前列酮栓用于妊娠晚期引产中能够更有效促宫颈成熟,提升引产率与阴道分娩率。Objective To study the effect of controlled-release dinoprostone suppository in the induction of labor in the third trimester of pregnancy to promote cervical ripening.Methods A total of 236 late-pregnancy patients who needed to induce labor between January 2017 and September 2019 were conveniently selected as research subjects.They were divided into two groups by random number table.The control group was treated with oxytocin to promote cervical ripening,and the observation group was treated with controlled-release dino Prostadone suppository to promote cervical ripening,and the two groups were compared.Results The cervical Bishop scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at 6 h and 12 h after treatment,and the time for successful induction of labor in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);the success rate of labor induction in the observation group was 94.07%,the vaginal delivery rate was 86.44%,and the control group 85.59%,76.27%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.638,4.023,P<0.05);there were statistically significantlly significant differences in the 24 h postpartum blood loss,Apgar score,and incidence of neonatal asphyxia between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The controlled-release dinoprostone suppository used in the induction of labor in the third trimester of pregnancy can more effectively promote cervical ripeness,increase the rate of labor induction and vaginal delivery.
