柴胡疏肝散治疗慢性胃炎气滞型胃痛的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究柴胡疏肝散治疗慢性胃炎气滞型胃痛的临床应用效果。方法方便选取该院自2016年6月—2019年11月收治的56例慢性胃炎气滞型胃痛患者作为观察对象,随机分为治疗组(28例)与对照组(28例)两组,两组患者分别给予中药柴胡疏肝散与口服果胶铋治疗。比较两组患者治疗期间的不良反应率、临床治疗有效率及治疗前后的中医症状积分情况。结果相比于对照组患者的不良反应10例,发生率35.7%,治疗组患者发生不良反应5例,发生率17.8%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.625,P<0.05)。治疗组治疗有效及显著的患者27例,总有效率96.4%,对照组治疗有效及显著的患者23例,总有效率82.1%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.546,P<0.05)。治疗组患者治疗前的中医症状积分为(8.4±3.5)分,对照组患者治疗前的中医症状积分为(8.5±3.7)分,组间差异无统计学意义(t=0.635,P>0.05)。治疗组治疗后的中医证候积分为(5.9±2.6)分,对照组患者治疗后的中医证候积分为(4.5±1.9)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.541,P<0.05)。结论柴胡疏肝散治疗慢性胃炎气滞型胃病临床治疗效果较为显著,降低了患者的不良反应发生率,改善了患者的临床症状,推广应用价值较高。Objective To study the clinical application effect of Chaihu Shugan Powder in treating chronic gastritis with Qi stagnation gastric pain.Methods Convenient select fifty-six patients with chronic gastritis with qi stagnation gastric pain admitted in the hospital from June 2016 to November 2019 were taken as observation objects,and they were randomly divided into treatment group(28 cases)and control group(28 cases),two groups of the patients were treated with Chinese medicine Chaihu Shugan powder and oral pectin bismuth respectively.The adverse reaction rate,clinical treatment effective rate and TCM symptom scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups of patients during treatment.Results Compared with the 10 cases of adverse reactions in the control group,the incidence was 35.7%,and the treatment group had 5 cases of adverse reactions,the incidence was 17.8%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.625,P<0.05).There were 27 patients in the treatment group with effective and significant treatment,with a total effective rate of 96.4%,and 23 patients with effective and significant treatment in the control group,with a total effective rate of 82.1%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=3.546,P<0.05).The TCM symptom score of patients in the treatment group before treatment was(8.4±3.5)points,and the TCM symptom score of patients in the control group before treatment was(8.5±3.7)points.There was no statistically significant difference between the groups(t=0.635,P>0.05).The TCM syndrome score after treatment in the treatment group was(5.9±2.6)points,and the TCM syndrome score after treatment in the control group was(4.5±1.9)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.541,P<0.05).Conclusion Chaihu Shugan Powder has a significant clinical therapeutic effect in the treatment of chronic gastritis with Qi stagnation gastric disease,which reduces the incidence of adverse reactions in patients,improves the clinical symptoms of patients,and is of high valu
