乙肝病毒前S1抗原阳性在临床检验中的应用价值探讨

摘　　要：目的探究乙肝病毒前S1抗原阳性在临床检验中的应用价值。方法该次研究观察对象为乙肝患者,随机选取100例患者进入研究,所有患者均于2017年1月—2019年1月入院就诊,对所有患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,对所有患者血清中的乙肝病毒前S1抗原与乙肝的标志物进行酶联免疫吸附法检验,ALT及AST水平进行全自动生化仪检验,对上述检验结果进行统计学分析。结果在所有乙肝患者中,乙肝病毒前S1抗原的阳性率为65.00%(65例),HBV DNA的阳性率为71.00%(71例),在HBeAg不同模式下,乙肝病毒前S1抗原阳性率为82.22%,HBV DNA阴性率为88.89%;随着HBV DNA载量的增加,乙肝病毒前S1抗原的阳性率也在随之增加,当HBV DNA载量增加幅度超过105 copies/mL后,乙肝病毒前S1抗原的阳性率可能超过95%。此外,乙肝病毒前S1抗原阳性患者与乙肝病毒前S1抗原阴性患者在ALT与AST升高率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乙肝病毒前S1抗原检测能够高效、准确地反映乙肝患者机体内部的病毒复制及肝功能损伤水平,操作简单,检测成本低,易于被患者接受。Objective To explore the application value of hepatitis B virus pre-S1 antigen positive in clinical testing.Methods The observation object of this study is hepatitis B patients.100 patients were ramdomry selected to enter the study.All patients were admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to January 2019.The clinical data of all patients were retrospectively analyzed,and the serum levels of all patients were analyzed.The pre-S1 antigen of hepatitis B virus and the markers of hepatitis B were tested by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,and the levels of ALT and AST were tested by automatic biochemical analyzer,and the above test results were statistically analyzed.Results Among all hepatitis B patients,the positive rate of hepatitis B virus pre-S1 antigen was 65.00%(65 cases),and the positive rate of HBV DNA was 71.00%(71 cases).Under different modes of HBeAg,the positive rate of hepatitis B virus pre-S1 antigen was 82.22%,and the negative rate of HBV DNA was 88.89%.With the increase of HBV DNA load,the positive rate of hepatitis B virus pre-S1 antigen also increases.When the increase of HBV DNA load exceeds 105 copies/mL,the positive rate of hepatitis B virus of pre-S1 antigen may exceed 95%.In addition,there was a statistical difference between the ALT and AST increase rates between the hepatitis B virus pre-S1 antigen positive patients and the hepatitis B virus pre-S1 antigen negative patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of hepatitis B virus pre-S1 antigen can efficiently and accurately reflect the level of virus replication and liver function damage in the body of patients with hepatitis B.The operation is simple,the detection cost is low,and it is easy to be accepted by patients.
