摘　　要：随着现代医学水平的快速发展,手术麻醉治疗患者越发体现“可视化”“精准化”。在临床应用中,不仅需要考虑手术麻醉效果,还需要考虑麻醉不良反应情况,如何保证患者手术无痛、围手术期生命安全成为临床麻醉工作者思考的重点。由此,B超引导下的神经阻滞麻醉技术成为当前临床工作中研究的重点,能够有效降低麻醉不良反应,达到良好的麻醉效果,实现早期患者感觉、运动神经功能的恢复,缩短禁饮禁食的时间,促进手术后患者更快康复。该文针对神经阻滞麻醉技术分析应用于下肢手术中的效果及采用B超引导下的临床研究进展。With the rapid development of modern medicine,patients treated with surgical anesthesia have become more"visualized"and"precise".In clinical application,not only need to consider the anesthesia effect of surgery,but also need to consider the adverse reactions of anesthesia.How to ensure the patient's operation painless and perioperative life safety has become the focus of clinical anesthesia workers.As a result,the nerve block anesthesia technique guided by B-ultrasound has become the focus of current clinical research,which can effectively reduce the adverse reactions of anesthesia,achieve good anesthesia effects,realize the recovery of early patient sensory and motor nerve functions,and shorten fasting time,to promote faster recovery of patients after surgery.This article aims to analyze the effect of nerve block anesthesia in lower limb surgery and the progress of clinical research under the guidance of B-ultrasound.
