摘 要:从浇注系统设计、埋箱设计、负压度、碳当量、浇注温度等方面,对灰铸铁薄壁变速箱壳体铸件的真空负压消失模工艺进行优化。试验结果表明:浇注温度提高至1510℃以上、碳当量4.1%、负压度0.49,同时采用铸件承压区域端朝下的埋箱方式,浇注系统单箱双水口、三层阶梯式多点进流快速浇注工艺,可以获得高质量的铸件。This paper summarized the optimization process of vacuum negative pressure vanishing die process for gray iron thin-wall gearbox case,based on pouring system design,burying box design,negative pressure degree,carbon equivalent,pouring temperature and so on.The results showed that the pouring temperature was raised to 1510℃,CE was controlled to 4.1 and the negative pressure was controlled to 0.49,high quality thin-walled gray iron gearbox case can be obtained by adopting end-down buried box method in the casting bearing area,single box double water port in casting system and three-layer stepped multi-point feed rapid pouring。
