摘　　要：论述了采用消失模铸造工艺生产的铸钢件增碳问题的形成机理和消失模铸钢件的工艺设计原则,详细介绍了预防消失模铸造铸钢件增碳的措施,讨论了消失模铸钢件浇注系统与使用陶瓷管及管件的技术问题。此外,列举了使用陶瓷管降低生产成本、提高铸件质量的实例。This paper discusses the formation mechanism of recarburizing problem in steel castings made by lost foam casting technology and the process design principle of EPC steel castings.The measures to prevent the carburization of steel castings in EPC are described in detail.The gating system of EPC steel castings and the technical problems of using ceramic pipes and pipe fittings are also discussed.In addition,an example of using ceramic tubes to reduce production cost and improve casting quality is given.
