摘　　要：目的腹腔镜手术治疗不可触及小儿腹股沟管型隐睾48例的临床总结。方法回顾分析我院2013年1月至2018年12月行腹腔镜下手术治疗的48例不可触及的小儿腹股沟管型隐睾的临床资料。结果 48例不可触及的腹股沟管型隐睾患儿均在腹腔镜下完成隐睾无张力固定术,每侧手术时间45~80 min,平均60 min,无中转开放手术,术中探查发现对侧鞘状突未闭12例,一并行鞘状突高位结扎术,全部患儿均于术后2 d出院,术后随访6~24个月均无睾丸回缩、萎缩。结论腹腔镜手术治疗不可触及小儿腹股沟管型隐睾是微创、安全、有效的方法。Objective To observe effects of 48 cases of laparoscopic treatment of inguinal canal type of imperceptible cryptorchidism in children.Methods To analysis of 48 cases of laparoscopic treatment of inguinal canal type of imperceptible cryptorchidism in children from January 2013 to December 2018 in our hospital.The effects were followed up.Results The tension-free fixation of cryptorchidism were completed on all the cases under laparoscope.Operation time lasts from 45 minutes to 80 minutes,on average 60 minutes,during which not conversion to open surgery.During operation 12 cases of contralateral patent processus vaginalis was detected,one high ligation of sheath process was performed.All the pediatric patients were discharged two days after surgery,postoperative follow-up in 6 to 24 months of the patients shows no testicular retraction and atrophy.Conclusion Laparoscopic treatment of inguinal canal type of imperceptible cryptorchidism in children is a minimally invasive,safe and effective means.
