摘 要:目的分析骨折诊断中多排螺旋CT三维重建技术的效果。方法选取2018年2月至2019年2月我院收治的120例骨折患者,采取普通螺旋CT和多排螺旋CT三维重建技术对所有患者进行检查,观察两组检查效果。结果多排螺旋CT三维重建技术检出率明显比普通螺旋CT高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);多排螺旋CT三维重建技术诊断患者技术总体认可度明显比普通螺旋CT高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论多排螺旋CT三维重建技术可准确诊断骨折患者骨折类型,可为临床医师诊治提供更多参考依据,有利于患者尽早治疗,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of three-dimensional reconstruction of multi row spiral CT in fracture diagnosis.Methods From February 2018 to February 2019,120 cases of fracture patients in our hospital were selected and examined by three-dimensional reconstruction technology of general spiral CT and multi row spiral CT.The results of the two groups were observed.Results The detection rate of MSCT 3D reconstruction technology was significantly higher than that of general spiral CT,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the overall recognition degree of MSCT 3D reconstruction technology in diagnosing patients was significantly higher than that of general spiral CT,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi row spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology can accurately diagnose the fracture type of fracture patients,provide more reference for the diagnosis and treatment of clinicians,is conducive to the early treatment of patients,and is worth popularizing.
